Thompson — October 5^th 1794] [Jofth Howell Esq^r Accountant War Department] Governors Island Oct^r 6^th 1794 — Sir No Muster Rolls being Sent on I have procured a Sett, And have the honor to inclose a Muster Roll from the dates of enlistments to the first of Month instant. my own Appointment is dated as Sent to me, but Suppose pay does not commence till 8^th June the date of Acceptance, be pleased to acquaint me with this circumstance, and wether the Roll inclosed is conformable, as I had no other to govern me.
