I am Waiting with patience for the Cloathing and Arms. Coming on here will be a good Chance to Recruit in a few Days as a Great Number of the Labouring men will be Discharged I will Thank You to Forward the Articles on And in the Mean time will Thank You to Inform me What Form the new Uniform will be, for I am confident a Great Deal will lay with You, and Should you Succeed In getting a Long Coat and Cockd Hatt the Whole Army will Feel themselves Under Obligations to You —
