A quantity of 2d Iron ball & kentledge or Iron ballast, will be ready at New York, to be delivered there by John Jacob Faesch & Co of New Jersey, to John Blagge Esqr the Naval Agent. There may be some 3d ball for the Fortifications, the receipt of which will no doubt be undertaken by Col Tish or Mr Blagge, if you have no other person there. The Object of this letter is to request that you will be pleased to procure an Inspector to be appointed at New York and that you will be so obliging as to inform me
