[D R C] September 22 1794 Sir, A quantity of 2^d Iron ball & kentledge or Iron ballast, will be ready at New York, to be delivered there by John Jacob Faesch & C^o of New Jersey, to John Blagge Esq^r the Naval Agent. There may be some 3^d ball for the Fortifications, the receipt of which will no doubt be undertaken by Col Tish or M^r Blagge, if you have no other person there.
