or iron carriages [undecipherable] to be ready at New york
delivered there by John Jacob Faesch [undecipherable] of
New Jersey to John Blagge [undecipherable] the naval agent,
[undecipherable] may be some 3[undecipherable] ball for the fortifications
the receipt of which will no doubt be undertaken
by Col Nicholas Fish or Mr Blagge, if you
have no other person there. The object of this let-
ter is to request that you will be pleased to procure
an inspector to be appointed at New york and
that you will be so obliging as to inform me.
