Yours of the 24th has come to hand with the contents of the Invoice inclosed — I recieve the Stores delivered by Mr Nicholson — [undecipherable] none of them been Issued and more particular as you express it will interfere with your arrangements — The remainder of them shall remain Sacred to your Orders —
The Arms and Accoutrements Order for Reading are nearly all forwarded and those destined for Carlisle will be forwarded with as preferable dispatch as I [undecipherable] am [undecipherable] every method to procure Teams for the purpose —
