Requests that the Supervisor of Military Stores speedily send 1000 pairs of shoes and two medicine chests to Winchester, Virginia; 1000 blankets, 1000 shoes, 200 rifles, 800 muskets, and two medicine chests to Carlisle, Virginia. This is in response to the Whiskey Rebellion.
