[Cornelius Seyman Captain to Joseph Howell Esqr., Trenton, 13 Sept 1784] Trenton 13^th Sep^t 1794 Sir enclosed is the master rolle of the Detatchment which I marched from [strikethrough: the] eastward. I Should have past the other happers my recruiting account and receipts for the hay for the men but I have not the forms in readyness I have had all the men who were in my muster rolle that marched from Springfield up to the 1^st of July and have their receipts for the former I Shall make Settlement the first halt that I make sufficient for that purpose in the more time I hope to have my hay forwarded to me at Addins to gather with the men belonging to my Detatchment which are included in the incloed rolle — I [undecipherable] has the most of thice at Philadelphia I shall enclose a list of the names of those that march with me I shall leave several sick at this place who perhaps may apply for their hay in great hast I am Sir your most oft Serv^t Cornelius Seyman Captain Joseph Howell Esq^r.
