Letter from Secretary Hamilton to the Supervisor of Military Stores, requesting that a chief armourer have charge of the artificers to accompany the militia army. Also states that one half of the entrenching tools be sent to Williamsport, Maryland, and the other half to Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
