This [before?] I can very conveniently undertake as all their Stores &c are in my Custody I shall begin to [give it?] my [best?] to mention I you may rely on the strictest Attention to your Orders in transacting the business in this place if I should I recollect from home on [business?] which may happen [often?] as I am appointed to the Command of one of the Battallons of Malt^r. of this State. Have [warrant?] & promised to Superintend that business[?] see that it is properly done during my absence With Respect to my undertaking to procure transportation I Providence [manage?] it I dont think I could undertake at [Toms?] March in the Army on the Capacity before Mentioned P.H.
