Description

Secretary Hamilton writes the Collector at Baltimore that, notwithstanding the law prohibiting the exportation of arms and military stores from the United States, people are doing just that in the port of Baltimore, as if there was no law at all. Urges that the Officers of the Customs increase their vigilance.
