Sir
I have received your letter requesting a settlement of your accounts which I have been very desirous of having done and which has only been prevented by the deficiency of your vouchers— The receipts are not produced for the pay of your recruits for the month of December 1792 amounting to forty seven dollars and 20 Cents; which sum was placed in your hands. you will send them on immediately, that I may endeavour to settle your accounts before you are ordered to march to the Westward— Your rations you will settle with the Contractor —
