It is satisfactory to receive speedy intelligence of the movements of the insurgents. You can of the interests confided to you in every event defended upon according to [undecipherable]. The keeping the arms and Stores out of the hands of the Insurgents is a matter of great importance. It is hoped that you will unite faithfully in the work [undecipherable] of them [and] Safety in the [undecipherable].
