August 12^th 1794 I have just recieved from the sec^y of the Treas^y a letter to him of the 8^th ins^t from the sec^y at War; containing a requisition of certain articles, a part of which M^r Francis has been desired to procure & to deliver to you. The remainder will be found in the enclosed list, and from their nature it appears most advisable, that they should be prepared or procured by you.
