Through the hurry of Business I neglected sending you an account of the Publick Stores which I delivered the Quarter Master or Contractor at Lancaster his receipt there in a book appropriated for the Use of my Detachment a Cofy of which I send you enclosed — certified by the Commanding Officer at this Post — my Compliments to Mr Leech & have the Honour to Subscribe myself your very Humble Servt
