Pittsburg 8^th August 1794 Sir Your letter of the 1^st Instant I have received — A large Packet that accompanied my letter of the 25^th Ultimo which Contained Vouchers of my disbursement &of which the Post was robbed, has been returned to the post office Pittsburg opened but Papers all safe.
