You will immediately repair to the City of New york, for the purpose of superintending the construction of the Ship to be built at that place, and to concert every thing with the Agent Mr John Blagge. Your Instructions will be forwarded to New York to the care of Mr Blagge, who will deliver them to you on your Arrival there.
