I have received your favor of the 29^th ultimo — It me agrees that you should take possession of this lot found &c for a compensation which shall hereafter be fixed upon a comparative view of the terms which shall be given for other places for the like purposes — I have intended M^r Morgan who is now employed in Georgia in getting the live oak timber and who is a m[undecipherable] of talent and experience at the construction of the Frigates at Norfolk.
