I have received your favor of the 29^th ultimo — Mr Morris agrees that you should take possession of his lot houses &c for a compensation which shall hereafter be fixed upon a comparative view of the terms which shall be given for other places for the like purposes. — I have intended M^r Morgan who is now employed in Georgia in getting the Live Oak timber and who is a man of talents and experience as the constructor of the Frigate at Norfolk. But it is possible that something may occur to prevent his coming there in due season.
