Yours of the 28th Ultimo have recived with the several Circular letters enclosed therewith: I shall pay every Attention to conform Agreeably to the Instructions contained in those letters: In the settlement with the recruits up to the 31st day of May 1794 I took the recits by Rolls which may be considered as deviating from the Circular Letter on that Subject, at that time, I had not recived any particular Instructions, and it was done from an Accustomed mode with the Army but in future shall take the seperate recits as is mentioned in the latter Circular
