agreeably to the requirements of the Law, me assurance of settlement however yet remains and that is on the settlement of the accounts of sundry Officers whose transactions are blended with his, I have made several efforts already to settle his accounts and I shall avail myself of every circumstance that offers so that I may hope from collateral evidence to derive that information which should appear in point from his accounts and vouchers themselves.
