Accountant's Office July 1^st 1794 Sir, By the receipts and rolls transmitted to this office it appears that you have paid your recruits for pay of April and May One hundred and ninety seven dollars and 53 Cents which deducted from Two hundred and twenty five dollars received by you for that purpose leaves a balance in your hands of twenty six dollars and 27 Cents agreeably to the enclosed statement which sum you will refund to Constant Teurman agent for the War Department in Georgia, taking duplicate receipts for the same which being transmitted by different opportunities to me under cover to the Secretary of War, I shall exonerate you.
