R.P.O.401810.] Philadelphia Governors Island 30^th June 1794 D^r Sir When I saw you last I forgot to mention to you that I was in want of Tents, the Engineer having thought proper to tear down the Barracks in the Fort and is going to build New Ones, and the Troops are obliged to Encamp with only ten common tents which you was good enough to send last Spring — If you will send ten more I will be able to get them under cover. I did not think it worth while to trouble the Secretary at Wa[r] as I was sure you must the necessity of it.
