[Draft] Philadelphia June 28, 1794 Dear Sir Your favor of the 29^th ins^t is before me — the draft you mention had been previously presented and duly honored — The five thousand Dollars requested shall be forwarded by the next Post, and you will keep me advised what further Sums are necessary to enable you to comply with the requisitions of the Q M Gen^l and they shall also be furnished — On the Subject of the Horse you are informed in my last — you are to keep him as public property — I am surprised not to find the Halton White answer — Hope it slipped your Memory while writing for I think without accident it must have come to hand. In particular notice the waggons as you meet — A number of Waggons were already laden on the Road — The Barrels of Powder, five hundred Stand of Arms and a large additional quantity of Lead are among them — the fifteen hundred Canteens will be with you shortly as every Waggon that can takes as many as they can safely transport. Please to forward the Package enclosed to Col. Sargent — Several Parcels of Baggage belonging to Particular Officers are gone forward — the Reverend M^r.
