I have therefore to request your qualification to the whole account warrant (a form of such qualification you will see at the bottom of said account) it being the only remedy you now can have recourse to in order to effect such settlement.— The bounty paid your recruits agreeably to your Statement amounts to 1067.94 To which I have added the following sums which were not charged by you viz.
