Sir, I have requested M^r Abraham Hunt of Trenton to send forward to your care, immediately, sundry military stores and equipments for the recruits which are expected to arrive at New Brunswick, in a day or two, from Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. I request the favor that you will receive these stores in your care, and deliver them to the troops when they shall arrive, agreeably to the Schedule herewith enclosed; and that you will also furnish the necessary means for transportation of their baggage, as far as Trenton, where waggons will be in readiness to convey the same to Pittsburg.
