I have your Letter of the 13th ins — I was glad to hear the Howitzers and Grape Shot had arrived In John Henderson's Waggon that left this the 12 ins I forwarded eight Boxes containing four hundred and fifty round Shot four pounded for those Howitzers, and to the same address, you will please to see that they also get safe to Hand.
In your next I hope to hear that the Publec Soldier is arrived Write to the horse if not forwarded before you receive this, you may retain him as Publec property, as it is best to purchase him before his hirer comes to his price
