A younger Brother of mine, who is a man of Journal has given to the World a Treatise on the culture of potatoes which is considered as a very usefull production. he has transmitted to me by the last packet in enclosed basket for the President which I beg you will present to him. Trust that he will find it worthy his attention. Inclose my brothers letter to me which accompanies it, after you have perused my brothers letter pray return it to me.
