[undecipherable]] I have herewith transmitted to you returns of the Tools, and of the arms repaired, and a Bay oile and estimate of expenditures to the 1^st May — In the Bay oile of March which I sent to you I omit. in accountably neglected to note on the Bajonet column the number which you had received in Philadelphia on act of sending of the Northern I have made the proper corrections in the Bay oile which have send to you — In the case of M^r. [undecipherable] as their is not contained in the [undecipherable] Bay oile to Bay which you had [undecipherable] former and charge to any act I have to beg you with please [undecipherable] his [undecipherable] for be ballanced and transmitted [undecipherable] [Undecipherable] George Isabell a Gentleman of this Country, has requested me to negotiate for him the payment of one hundred and Thirty Three Mil. [undecipherable] to Mr William Delany [undecipherable] Druggist [undecipherable] hand Street Philadelphia, the money is deposited in my hands, I have therefore to beg you will please pay that Sum to Mr Delany from the draft which which I was make, and transmit me his receipt for it. this will save the risque of sending so much money to this place: I am the more free for that I the more readily agreed to this request of Mr Isabell as the men have become clamorous for their Pay, and I am enabled by this means to furnish them with some money for bread, [undecipherable]; I [undecipherable] beg you will please forward to me the Sum of Thirteen hundred and Forty two dollars 68½ according to the estimate subject to the deduction of the money to be paid to Mr Delany.
