Inclosed you will receive a duplicate of my letter wrote to you on the 19th of March — Mr Huntly promised to deliver it to you himself. As I have not been favored with your answer I am apprehensive the letter has failed altogether.
I beg therefore to request you will please forward me an answer as early as possible, particularly to that part of it which respects the Aliens &c, and the more especially as the number of a second army has been considerably augmented since that period
