The money put into my hands by Lieut Camp Smith is in notes Payable to Caleb Swan or bearer consequently current notes, it is therefore unnecessary to apply to Mr. Smith for an exchange. I have herewith enclosed Muster & Pay Rolls of the the detachment stationed at Wheeling the other detachments have not yet completed all their Rolls, as soon as the are put into my hands the shall be examined & paid.
