Dear Sir,
The Secy of War begs the favor that you will cause to be made out, with all possible dispatch, a return of all the military and quartermaster stores, forwarded to the Westward for the army under General Wayne for the year 1794; also the quantity of clothing already sent out— the invoices of medicine are in this office—
The residue of the clothing for the Westward is to be packed up and forwarded. the return you requested shall be made out immediately and sent to you—
