The Treasurer of the UStates is directed to remit you the sum of nine thousand nine hundred and eleven dollars for the pay of the Troops in Georgia which sum you will please to forward by express or other safe conveyance to Constant Freeman Esqr Agent for the war department now at Fort Fidius who is directed to receive the same and give duplicate receipts to be forwarded to the Secretary of War untill his receipts are produced you will be held accountable.
