Document 1794Informs the Secretary of War that he has taken the plan of the whole of Fort Moultrie, on Sullivan's Island in South Carolina, and the plan of Fort Johnston. Perrault will pursue the operations without interrpution, and hopes to be finished in the course of the next week, and to submit the plans to General Moultrie, who is currently governor of South Carolina.
