Report of Dr. Frederick Dalcho - surgeon's mate to the troops of the United States in Georgia - regarding the unwarranted attack on an Indian camp by 150 militia under the command of Major Adams. Dalcho demanded from Adams an explanation, who pointed to the death of Lieutenant Hay.
