By order of the Secretary of War I enclose you a copy of the Return of all the Ordnance within the State of South Carolina, which was received yesterday from his Excellency Governor Moultrie.
The Secretary requests that you will please to have prepared and Shipped for Charleston, addressed as usual, Powder, Ball, &c. so as to complete [strikethrough: a] [strikethrough: Hundred] rounds of ammunition for each of the following
