Sir The Treasurer has remitted to you to be transmitted to L^t John M^cClallen at Albany being for the pay of himself and his recruits for January, February and March 1795 the sum of three hundred, ten dollars and Ninety Cents, for which sum you will please [have/take] his receipt to be accountable to this Office for the due application thereof.
