and forage of the troops at the upper posts of the
Ohio from 1st August 1792 to 20th April 1793 in
clusive and for subsistence for the year 1792
agreeable to the inclosed estimates viz

to be certified if payable by the Contractors, and
the Officers certificates on honor that the rations
are returned and justly due.
