John Chester Esqr Supervisor of the revenue at Weathersfield Connecticut ninety dollars and 50 Cts. to be paid you being for pay due to your recruits for the months of Jany and Feby 1794 which you will disburse and take receipts agreeably to the inclosed pay rolls to be transmitted to this Office. your own pay not being remitted, it will be opposed to the balance due from you to the United States ~
