Sir Inclosed is a list of what Soldiers I have Settled with, and some Receipts for the account of Mr Biddle And Mr Moylan, who has deposited some discharges in your Office you will please to have them filed with those formerly done by Mr Mifflin, I go on monday Next for Presque Isle, and as soon as I am able to Return I will be down and Close my act there is but a few Soldiers now to Settle with as you will see by the Papers in the Office,
