Philadelphia [undecipherable] 1799 Major Kreughausy requested to me the account for labor owing to the Public by the actual purchases of the Materials and all other cases, at Pittsburgh — also an Invoice on the Philadelphia make, and an engine for seing on measures on taken to further a repetition of the same thing. I have written the Director of this directly from thence, and from him & Major F.
