Dear Sir Trenton March 26. 1794
[Received from State Dep't, Nov. 24, R.P.O. 401310]
I have considered respecting the Store you spoke of for publick use at Lamberton and belive Jean spare it. The dimentions of it are 24 by 32 feet the two first stories on the wharf below the bank are of Stone, with one story above the bank of wood and a good loft over the whole, and is very convenient for receiving and delivering goods from and to a vessel without any expence of porterage.
Majr J. Hunt that lives next door to this Store, if wanted, belive may be Engaged to take charge of it, and of receiving and delivering agreable to order, whose integecty and attention there can be no doubt of,
Yrs
J. W. Furman
P.S.
Please to let me know as soon as convenient if the Store will be wanted.
