Beaver Block house, Fort Franklin and Mea-
ling, and it is represented to me that those
troops are in arrears from 1st January to
1st May 1793 excepting one month of that
time which has been paid to the detach-
ment of Fort Franklin— I am therefore in-
duced to lay before you the enclosed Estimate

isting Act of Congress will not permit it to
be acted on, but Sir it is my request you
will be pleased to file in your Office as a
claim as I propose applying to Congress for
redress in the premises and do not wish
