I have received your letter of 18th inst enclosing the rolls of your recruits for the month of February — The Secretary of War having ordered certain of your recruits to march to West point they will be paid the arrears in this year at that place for yourself and those of your recruits remaining you will transmit a Muster for Jany Feby & March, as soon as this Month expires, and the pay will be sent on immediately. The balance due you on the settlement of your accounts, has been remitted in the usual
