Agreably to your request, I inclose a list of all Claims for services of Negroes in the Rhode Island line of the late army, at present depending in this Office the amount of each may average about 330 dollars being for depreciation and pay to the 31st Decemr 1781 from which period it is expected they have been settled with by the late Commissioners of Army accounts.
