1783 for one hundred dollars, and one number 28,088 bearing Interest from the 15^th of December 1783 for one hundred and thirty four dollars and 15/90 to the said Certificates bearing date the 1^st January 1785. all which appears on record in this Office. It is certified that Jacob Fairbar late a Lieutenant in first Regiment of Massachusetts was Commissioned as such on the 1^st January 1777 and left service in April 1779 as being a Supernumerary Officer — it is further certified that no Certificates of final settlements were issued by the Agent for the Regiment for, or on Account of pay of the said Lieutenant Fairbar, all which appears on Record in this Office.
