Pittsburgh 1^st February 1794 — Sir I have received your letter of the 24 Ultimo. Duplicates of the Muster and Pay rolls of the Garrisons of Fort Franklin & Beaver Block House is herewith enclosed together with a Certificate of Doct McEneas having relinquished thirty dollars p^r month of his pay. I am Sorry you have not acknowledged the Receipt of Doct Wallace account. He is now under orders to relieve Doct Balfour at Fort Franklin & Expected to have been paid up to the end of the Year, previous to his departure from Pittsburg. Captain Crawford is not yet returned from Head Quarters of course the troops at Fort Fayette and Wheeling are not yet Mustered. Lieut Grayson says it is impossible for him to muster the men under his command for May June and July 1793, as he had not then the command of them.
