[Pension List & Warrant from the Secretary of War for Septem^r 1793 to March 1794. N^o 7.] War Department February 1^st 1794 Sir I have the honor to transmit you a list of the Invalid Pensioners for the State of Connecticut, with my Warrant thereon for the payments of their annual pension commencing the fifth of September 1793 and ending the fourth of March next inclusively. The Secretary of the Treasury will furnish you with the necessary funds to pay said Pensioners. You will be pleased to observe that the Invalids retained & examined by the Circuit Courts are not included, as the [undecipherable: magistrates?] of the United State have not made the adjudication required by the Law passed the 28^th of February A P, without such no payment can be made to them. I have caused advertisements to be inserted in all the public papers, that the payments will be made by the Commissioner of Loans, for the respective States, on the fifth of March next. With respect to the Instructions you will be pleased to adhere Strictly to those given you on prior dates. On the fifth of June next you will transmit to this office a return of the Invalids who have applied, and to whom you have made payment, in which you will also note any deaths, or removals, which may have taken place of any of the Invalids, and of which you may be informed. Your accounts of payments, and the respective vouchers, belonging thereto are to be transmitted to the auditors office of the Treasury for Settlement.
