Inclosed you copies of my Executive letters to recruiting Officers under dates of 1st and 20th March 1793 & 22d Jany 1794 with the form of a recruiting account to which I have to request your particular attention in the execution of your duties while on the recruiting service — You have also enclosed some blank muster rolls —
