I received yours of the Mr Dor and have since received thee large box No 1. 2 · 3 & machie Capt Todam one ditto No 4 marked for Capt Dowe 1794 Canteens one drum in a fare and a throat the machie for gun — all in good order — Capt Todam has arrived to I says he has no more, to share. To pay the expence of transportation and I have no orders from the office on the subject of these Items — the Transport and is paid with you — Manning, Wycko[ff] & [undecipherable] the contract for West D[oin]t this year, of which have [undecipherable] I know no person has contracted to furnish supplies for this place, of course I suppose what business is to be done must be tended to the Contractors for West Point — In future I trust any thing you have to forward may be directe to Manning Wycko[ff] &c
