The full complement of men for such a ship is two hundred and forty, of which fifty three are commissioned and warrant officers; the expence of which with the Ordnance and Stores necessary for the ship and the expence of her provision for six months, shall if requested be estimated. At present, time only allows what is communicated relative to the cost of the hull when fitted for sea.
